Shipment Processing Time
Your order will be added to the processing queue once your payment is received. The customization process typically takes 4 to 7 days. During high order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few extra days. Additional transit time may occur if we need to source items from partner factories.
Estimated Shipping Times
- E-packet Standard: 25-60 days
- UK Line delivery: 20-30 days
Please note that shipping is out of our control once it leaves our factory. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will resend a replacement free of charge.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Approximately 10 days after placing your order, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a "Completed" or "Order processed" message. This email will also contain your tracking number(s). Tracking data will update every few days, but updates may be infrequent until your order arrives in the UK.

Christmas 2023
We advise ordering all Christmas and birthday gifts well in advance this year. We recommend placing orders before the end of October.
